We get emails all the time from visually impaired users who love our app Focus for Facebook http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/focus-for-facebook/id333385025?mt=8
We didn’t design it for the blind, but we did include voiceover support, hence the love. In fact the app is loss making for us, but we try to keep it alive because people find it useful, and we hear from the blind community that Facebook isn’t very accesbile.
